Mrs. Draru Lillian is a Member of the Board of Directors at Host Hub Innovation Center, contributing valuable expertise in human resource management and organizational development. She is the Human Resource Manager of Arua City, where she oversees strategic HR planning, staff development, and workforce governance.
Lillian holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Islamic University in Uganda (IUIU). With her strong background in public sector human resource leadership and policy implementation, she provides strategic guidance that supports effective governance, people management, and institutional growth at Host Hub Innovation Center.
