Consolate Olemaru is a seasoned Senior Communication Officer at Arua City Council, with over a decade of experience in media and government communication. In her role as a Board of Director member at Host Hub Innovation Center, Consolate brings her extensive expertise in public relations, community advocacy, and strategic communication to foster innovation and development across the West Nile region.

Renowned for her strong public speaking abilities, Consolate plays a pivotal role in promoting Host Hub's vision of being a catalyst for community-driven technological solutions and sustainable development. She passionately advocates for the rights and inclusion of persons with disabilities, women, and youth, ensuring that their voices are integral to Host Hub's initiatives in peacebuilding, governance, and social innovation.

As a disability champion, Consolate’s advocacy extends to ensuring that Host Hub remains a hub for inclusive innovation, where individuals from diverse backgrounds can collaborate and create lasting impact. Her leadership on the board also focuses on guiding Host Hub’s mission to incubate startups, provide co-working spaces, and empower entrepreneurs to address socio-economic challenges.
