Chairman

Lumu Musa is a seasoned statistician, development practitioner, and business leader with extensive experience in public sector planning, governance, and private enterprise.

He currently serves as the City Statistician for Arua City, where he is actively involved in urban planning, budgeting, and evidence-based decision-making. He is the Board of Directors (BOD) Chairperson of Host Hub Arua, supporting innovation, entrepreneurship, and youth development.

Lumu Musa is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ramul Holdings SMC Limited, an eco-friendly cleaning and services company, and the CEO of Biospher Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on sustainable development and environmental conservation.

He holds key leadership and governance roles in the education and sports sectors, including Board of Governors (BOG) Chairperson – Finance at Arua Public Secondary School, BOG Chairperson – Finance at Arua Islamic Secondary School, School Management Committee (SMC) Member at Arua Islamic Primary School, and Chairman of Arua City Council Football Club.

He is also a Gender Budgeting Advocate, promoting inclusive and equitable resource allocation in public planning and development processes.

Academically, Lumu Musa holds a Bachelor of Science in Statistics, a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management. Mr. Musa holds a Master of Science in Statistics at Makerere University (MUK) and is currently pursuing a master’s Degree in Project Planning and Management at Kampala International University (KIU).
