Noel Ayikobua - Board Chair, Host Hub Innovation Center

Noel Ayikobua is a committed development professional with over six years of experience in project management, advocacy, and media, making him an excellent leader as the Board Chair of Host Hub Innovation Center. His expertise spans humanitarian, development, and media sectors, especially in areas related to human rights and gender issues. He has a proven track record of implementing projects, designing programs, and ensuring timely delivery within budget.

Noel has served in prominent leadership roles, notably as the Program Manager and Executive Producer at Radio Pacis, a value-based radio station under the Diocese of Arua. There, he demonstrated exceptional organizational and coordination skills, overseeing programming across multiple frequencies and producing high-quality, impactful broadcasts. He also led special programming initiatives, ensuring content aligned with both the station's mission and audience needs. His ability to manage teams, collaborate with partners, and deliver innovative ideas has made him a pivotal figure in radio broadcasting.

In his role as a project manager at Radio Pacis, Noel coordinated the OXFAM-Radio Pacis project, where he supervised field staff, engaged with stakeholders, and monitored activities in refugee settlements. His strategic planning and evaluation skills have been critical in enhancing project outcomes.

Noel holds a Master’s in Public Administration and Management from Uganda Management Institute (UMI) and a BA in Social Sciences. He has furthered his expertise with certifications in disaster resilience leadership and media sustainability. His proficiency in research, proposal writing, and stakeholder engagement, combined with his facilitation and presentation abilities, make him a versatile and dynamic leader.
