Abbasi Hamza is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Co-Founder of Host Hub Innovation Center, where he leads the organization’s technology strategy, digital innovation, and systems development. He holds a background in Information Technology from Islamic University in Uganda (IUIU), with specialized training in Cybersecurity and Network Operations from Cisco, Network Operations from the Internet Society, and the Research and Education Network.
Hamza also serves as a Data Clerk at Arua City Council, bringing practical experience in data management, information systems, and public sector ICT operations. With strong expertise in networking, cybersecurity, and technology infrastructure, he plays a critical role in driving secure, scalable, and innovative digital solutions at Host Hub Innovation Center.
